International Duties & Taxes

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel.

To cancel:

We offer a 14 day returns window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Tote bag packaging including.
• Items must be free from marks, odours or damage.
  

Return Tag and Tote Bag Requirement

• The return tag must remain attached to the item.
• The tote bag provided with your order must also be included in your return.
• Returns that are missing the return tag or tote bag may be refused or may be subject to a deduction from the refund.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  
• We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receipt.
  

We reserve the right to:

• Reject returns that do not meet our policy.

• Deduct any loss in value if items are not returned in original condition.
  

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different pair of jeans, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
