These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made through the Lousin website.

Lousin is a trading name of Lousin Apparel Limited, registered in England and Wales.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

To purchase on the website, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
  
• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched, not when:

• Payment is taken.
• Order confirmation email is sent.
  

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders.
• Limit quantities.
• Correct pricing or product errors.

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images and details are accurate.

However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  
• Fit ay vary depending on individual body shape.
  

• All prices are shown in your local currency where available.
• Prices may be displayed in currencies other than GBP for convenience.
• The final price charged will be shown at checkout and may be processed in GBP or your local currency depending on your location and payment method.
• Where currency conversion is applied, exchange rates are determined by our payment providers and may vary.
• Prices include VAT where applicable
• Payment is taken at the point of order

We accept payment via: 

• Debit/credit card
• Any other payment method shown at checkout
  

Gift Cards

Lousin gift cards can be purchased online and redeemed at www.lousinapparel.com.

Gift cards can be used towards any purchase on our website, including delivery charges. If the order value exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.

Gift cards do not need to be used in a single transaction. Any remaining balance can be used towards future purchases.

Gift cards do not have an expiry date.

Unused gift cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Gift cards cannot otherwise be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

If an item purchased using a gift card is returned, the amount paid using the gift card will be refunded to the gift card balance. Any amount paid using another payment method will be refunded to that payment method.

Please keep your gift card code safe. If your gift card is lost or stolen, please contact hello@lousinapparel.com and we will do our best to assist.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Delivery options and pricing are shown at checkout.

We aim to dispatch within stated timelines, but:

• Delivery times are estimates.
  
• Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise required by law. Where a customer cancels their entire order within the statutory cancellation period, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.
  

Risk passes to you upon delivery.

International Duties & Taxes

• Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and charges.

• These charges are not included in the price of the product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

• If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, we reserve the right to deduct any associated costs from your refund.

Under the consumer contracts regulations: 

For physical goods purchased online you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel.

Separate provisions for gift cards are set out in the Gift Cards section above.

To cancel:

• Contact us via email.
  
• Return the item in accordance with our returns policy.
  

We offer a 14 day returns window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Tote bag packaging including.
• Items must be free from marks, odours or damage.
  

Return Tag  and Tote Bag Requirement

• The return tag must remain attached to the item.
• The tote bag provided with your order must also be included in your return.
• Returns that are missing the original tags or tote bag may be subject to a deduction from the refund where their absence has resulted in a reduction in the item's value, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  
• We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receipt.
  

We reserve the right to:

• Reject returns that do not meet our policy.

• Deduct any loss in value if items are not returned in original condition.
  

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different pair of jeans, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 14 days.
• We will offer a replacement, repair or refund.

All content on this website (including images, branding, and designs) is owned by Lousin.

You may not:

• Copy
  
• Reproduce
  
• Distribute
  

Without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be available on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
