Yes, you can. All returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase date. Take a look at our returns policy for all the details.
If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once production or dispatch has begun, changes may not be possible.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other convenient payment options at checkout.
We currently ship to the to most of the world.

Standard UK orders take 2-5 workings days.
International deliveries may take longer depending on location and customs.
- We want you to feel completely confident in your jeans. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase.
- For UK orders, you can generate a returns label via our online portal. Once your parcel arrives at our returns hub, returns are processed within 5 working days.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in a saleable condition with the original tag attached and tote bag included.
- Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start your return:
- Visit our online returns portal.
- Enter your order number and postcode.
- Select the items you’d like to return and choose a return reason.
- Choose your return method and generate your label or QR code.
- Download the label.
- Seal your parcel securely using the original box or any sturdy packaging.
- Drop it off at your chosen returns point and keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
For international returns outside the UK, postage charges may apply. You’ll still start your return via the portal, then send your parcel to:

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible:
UK returns: Usually received within 7 working days, and processed within 5 working days. Expect to hear from us within a week of sending your parcel.
International returns: Timeframes depend on your local postal service, but we’ll process your return as soon as it’s delivered.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to release the funds.
Not to worry.
You can use any secure, sealable box or mailer. Just make sure the item is protected and the original tag is still attached to your jeans and tote bag is included.
No paperwork is required. Everything is handled through our online returns portal.

Returns can take up to 5 working days to reach our hub, depending on your courier.
Shipping charges are non-refundable
If you haven’t received a refund from us after the usual timeframe, please get in touch with your proof of postage.
We are unable to offer exchanges. For a more efficient service, simply place a new order and return the original.
Our jeans are made in European-woven
comfort-stretch denim (99% cotton, 1% elastane) for shape-holding comfort and no long break-in period.
- We strongly recommend that all jeans are washed with a colour catcher sheet which will allow the fabric and trims to retain their intended appearance.
- Wash your jeans inside out at 30°C only when needed.
- Spot clean when possible and wash them separately as colour may transfer.
- This will preserve the fabric, colour and fit for longer.
- Line dry or tumble dry on low heat; avoid dry cleaning.
- Prolonged exposure to strong light can cause fading, so store and dry them away from direct sunlight.
Yes - all of our packaging is fully recyclable.
Every order arrives in a signature Lousin tote bag, designed as a sustainable and reusable alternative to traditional packaging. Your tote is made to be kept, used and loved long after delivery.
Our cardboard mailer box and tissue paper can go straight into your household recycling once you’re finished with them.
If you’re returning an item, simply reuse the original box.
