What is your returns policy?

We want you to feel completely confident in your jeans:

If something isn’t quite right, you can return your order within 14 days of purchase - no questions asked.
For all orders, you can generate a returns label via our online portal.
Once your parcel arrives at our returns hub, returns are processed within 5 working days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in a saleable condition with the original tag attached and tote bag included.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return something?

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please check the policy above.

To start your return:

Visit our online returns portal.
Enter your order number and postcode.
Select the items you’d like to return and choose a return reason.
Choose your return method and generate your label or QR code.
Download the label.
Seal your parcel securely using the original box or any sturdy packaging.
Drop it off at your chosen returns point and keep your proof of postage until your return is confirmed.

For both domestic and international returns, postage charges will apply.

How long will my return take?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible.

UK returns:

Usually received within 7 working days, and processed within 5 working days.

International returns:

Timeframes depend on your local postal service but we’ll process your return as soon as it’s delivered.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to release the funds.

I don’t have the original packaging - what should I do?

You can use any secure, sealable box or mailer. Just make sure the item is protected, the original tote bag is included and the original tag is still attached to your jeans.

I didn’t receive a returns form - is that a problem?

No paperwork is required. Everything is handled through our online returns portal.
Your order details will appear automatically when you enter your order number and postcode.

Have you received my return yet?

Returns can take up to 5 working days to reach our hub, depending on your courier.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received a refund after the usual timeframe, please get in touch with your proof of postage.
We are unable to offer exchanges. For a more efficient service, simply place a new order and return the original.
